In lieu of this most green of holidays I have a special couple for you. Two winters back we went to Ireland for the new year with our dear friends Nico and Sarah, or as they are known in our house, the Gaboltons (like brangelina or bennifer just with their last names, clever right? Ok, probably only funny to us…) None the less, they posed for a few photos for me while we were exploring Sarah’s country and I’ve never gotten to share. This is essentially the PERFECT occasion as she’s the token irish lassie in my life and I love her for that!
What I took from my trip to Ireland:
Irish people are among the kindest most welcoming people I’ve ever met.
They live up to every drinking stereotype.
