The best place to see cherry blossoms in Paris is Parc de Sceaux, right outside the city, in April. You are surrounded completely by pink and white trees. As a Paris family photographer, I photographed the Corley family there, and the blossoms were glorious.

Cherry Blossoms at Parc de Sceaux
April in Paris makes me SO HAPPY because the cherry blossoms are everywhere! Up until this year I had only heard how amazing the blossoms are at the Parc de Sceaux right outside Paris but never experienced it. THEY ARE GLORIOUS! Seriously.
If you’re coming to Paris for the sakura trees make sure to pop by and experience the magic of being surrounded completely by pink and white trees. It’s glorious.
How to See the Cherry Blossoms at Parc de Sceaux

- When: April. The exact days change every year with the weather, so check before you go. Our spring blossoms guide has this year’s timing.
- Where: Parc de Sceaux is just south of Paris. Take the RER B.
- What to look for: the cherry groves. One has pink blossoms and one has white.
- What to bring: a picnic blanket. Sitting under the trees is the whole point.

Cherry Blossoms in the Center of Paris
My top place to see cherry blossoms in Paris is Parc de Sceaux but another amazing location is our very own Notre Dame. On the side of Notre Dame de Paris Church there is a park that’s filled with blossoms and blooms in April. If you can’t get outside Paris, definitely head to see them there!!
Notre-Dame and its surroundings have been through years of restoration work, so check that the garden beside the cathedral is open before you plan around it.
