Now that we have our own little baby, we definitely won’t stop traveling so we now need to incorporate more things that she’ll be able to do during our travels!
For now, she’s pretty happy as long as she can people watch from our absolutely FAVORITE baby travel accessory, our Ergobaby Omni 360. We have worn the baby since day 1 with this carrier and love how it adapts to both Pyk’s 6’2” rugbyman build, AND my 5’2” very petite body. We decided on the mesh carrier in khaki because it goes with everything.
Okay okay, back to travel.
WELL, in our travels now that our 6 and a half month old is officially crawling everywhere, we’ll have to plan more things around her moving and grooving schedule. One thing that is an absolute must is family portraits. It seems like these months with her have passed by in a second. I know, I know it’s so cliché but seriously, I blinked and she’s crawling and cutting her first tooth.
I don’t know what the future holds for us, I pray that it’s healthy and long, however I know that it’s not always that way. It’s important for us to BE in these photos and memories for Siena’s future. For her to know how much we loved her and love her every single second of every day. She needs to know that Pyk and I love each other too, and that our family is our home, wherever we are. It’s not about the roof over our head or the things we own.. It’s about the people we love, and the people who love us. Our home together should be celebrated because we work hard to keep it healthy and happy. I know you would agree, everything we do, in the end, we do for our family.
Why shouldn’t we celebrate them?
Paris is a huge “one in a lifetime” destination for so many of my sweet clients. They save for years to come to Paris and bring their family… even extended family sometimes, and oh goodness that deserves to be celebrated! You deserve to have a piece of art of your family that shows how much you LOVE each other, and even more-so, why not do it in a city that you love?
Making artwork for amazing and sweet families like this one is one of the biggest honors of my life. I’m just like any other parent, I’m not alone in my feelings about my child. Every single parent feels like this.
