Do you remember the excitement that you would get as a child when you saw a carnival? I swear I can feel my heart beating faster just seeing the lights, the carnival music dancing around my brain and the sweet smell of zeppolies gives me instant hunger pangs. With my Aunt, Uncle and two cousins, I took my favorite little guy to the carnival when I was spending some time with him in NYC. The memory of seeing his face light up when he won his little penguin and hearing his laughter while we were on the carousel makes me smile…
