I love fall/winter/spring sessions, there is something so fun spending part of the sessions indoors at cafes or at home, you get to see how families work on more intimate levels over food. There's constant chatter when you have older kiddos and silly moments and faces with younger ones. A stop in the middle of the photo session allows everyone to warm up and take a few minutes to relax. I'm still taking photos during this time but it's much more documentary.

During this session, before and after our coffee stop, we spent time in both the Jardin du Luxembourg and then the Eiffel Tower garden, the Champs de Mars. It was perfect for the kids to run around in and safely play without worrying about cars driving by, and have a delicious cupcake ending. It was so fun and celebratory with balloons and sweets for the kids! I loved that the props brought in some extra color and pizzaz!
