If you know anything about me you know that I absolutely without a doubt LOVE newborns and little kiddies. It’s so special for me to photograph the “beginnings”. Whether it be the beginnings of relationships and new lives together, the beginnings of little lives, or even the beginnings of new experiences together (like visiting Paris!) I’m all about it. There’s that excitement and irresistible Paris romanticism in the air. Gosh I’m getting all giddy just thinking about it all… anyone want to have a photo shoot? right now? Just kidding.. Okay, I know what you’re thinking now, “Enough already Katie, get to the point!”
Essentially I simply want to convey the feeling that I get when I have a photo session. Each one is special, memorable in their own way, and fills that part of my heart that can only be filled with photography and meeting the people that I do. I hope that all of you have that passion that drives you and makes you whole. Life is nothing but experiences and what you take from them; the good, the bad, the sad, the happy, the heart breaking and the soul moving. Remember to let yourself be moved by the little things as well as the big ones.. the first little giggles and the first words, the first date and the “I do”. Little and big, up and down, black and white, ying and yang… All important to make a life whole.
So here is Eliam’s little beginning. A sweet little boy who will turn into an incredible young man…
